Emma Rogers [pictured above] is a creative, filmmaker, comedian, actor, and writer known for her sharp satirical voice and distinctive cinematic style featured in the New York Times.

With a background in film and a passion for absurdity, she has created award-winning short films like Tasteful Nudes and launched original series, including Fembots, a live stand-up comedy showcase that mocks the ails of technology and features the funniest comedians in this simulation. Her work blends deadpan humor with biting social commentary.

Current projects include a podcast and shop with limited edition oddities for the beautifully unbothered.

At a recent dinner party, Emma brazenly made a toast to announce the launch of a cinematic comedy series called Undercover Woman. It follows a stylish, critically acclaimed character (for something, we never specify)  trying to stay composed, glamorous, and slightly mysterious while navigating daily life and evading recognition, speculation, and a scandal she refuses to comment on.

The tone is dry, editorial, and highly stylized. Think fashion-meets-lifestyle-meets-satire.

services

  • I create dry, character-driven branded content for brands that don’t take themselves too seriously.

Think satirical energy, arthouse visuals, and just enough subtle absurdity.

I work with brands, startups, and sponsors who want to tell stories that feel like films, not ads.

My background in writing, directing, and performing means your project gets a built-in creative team.

    • Concept + character development

    • Scriptwriting or loose-script improv structures

    • Performance, direction, and tone-polishing

    • Access to my production team (editor, shooter, etc.)

    A good fit if:

    • You’re into deadpan or dry humor, clean visuals, and clever storytelling

    • You’d like people to laugh with your brand, not at it

    • You want something smart and strange and watchable

  • Painfully self aware. Absurd but somehow still on-brand? Yes please.

Whether it's for web, socials, product descriptions, or ad campaigns, I craft brand voices that are consistently clever.

    Ideal for:

    • Brand tone development

    • Taglines, campaigns, and product copy

    • Website & social media content

    • Anything needing wit, warmth, or a little weird

Let’s give your brand a voice that’s memorable for the right reasons.
